the location was convenient near many subway lines i found it easy to explore different areas. the staff at the front desk offered assistance when needed. i appreciated the availability of free coffee and tea throughout my stay. the room had good tv options and size
the window had a slight crack so it was a little loud at night due to street noise. this didn't disrupt my sleep too much. it is a minor issue.

The location was indeed a highlight, very close to Madison Square Park and subway lines. Free coffee and water were available downstairs, a very practical addition. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the shared bathrooms. The staff stored my luggage after checkout (I did make sure to lock it for security).
